Se repararon revoques interiores y se cambió la cubierta de isopanel por una nueva en el mismo material.

El proyecto surge a partir de un encargo directo de los clientes Bettyna y Leandro y su idea es reciclar la casa construida por su abuelo cuidando los detalles y la impronta del challet del barrio Malvín.

La vivienda contaba con un gran espacio comedor living y cocina separados por unas mamparas de madera y vidrio.


Este espacio, fundamental para la vida en la casa, se unifico generando un único lugar separado virtualmente al bajar la altura de cielorraso del living.
Se hizo la cocina a nuevo, con proyecto propio y se generó un pasillo lateral que comunica el garage con el jardín y barbacoa ubicados en fondo de la casa.

Se recicló el baño social y el cuarto del frente convirtiéndolo en estudio, así como el dormitorio principal que se agrandó en área dando lugar a un baño en suite y vestidor.

El acondicionamiento térmico fue un requisito solicitado por los clientes, por lo que todas la aberturas fueron sustituidas por aluminio con doble vidrio hermético. Asi mismo se resolvio con tres formas de acondicionamiento; en zona de living comedor se instaló un equipo de aire acondicionado más una estufa de alto rendimiento.
En dormitorios y estudio, manta radiante bajo pisos flotantes y cable radiante en baño en suite y unidades interiores de aire acondicionado.

Mobiliario Umarí


Este fue un encargo de los amigos de Umarí, quienes querían actualizar el mobiliario de su local.

El proyecto es de nuestra autoría y básicamente consiste en un nuevo mostrador hecho en madera de ciprés con exibidor para quitar de primer plano al mostrador y una estantería en juego con el exibidor también en madera de ciprés.

La idea fue darle un toque rústico al espacio poniendo la textura de la madera en primer plano para recibir a sus clientes.

Proyecto de
vivienda unifamiliar para Bruno y Victoria, quienes llegaron a nosotros con
este encargo y con la necesidad de una solución habitacional en el Balneario
Rochense.


La
principal característica fue la utilización del barro como principal material
constructivo y las tecnologías de acondicionamiento térmico pasivas para ser
una construcción “amigable” con su entorno y con sus habitantes.


El proyecto
pedía una sala de ensayo y un espacio multiuso en planta baja para poder
impartir clases de yoga - pilates o algún uso de tipo social vinculado a la
parte pública de la vivienda pero con posibilidades de independencia, además de
los espacios tradicionales.


El
resultado es una vivienda con los espacios de dormitorio, salas de yoga y
ensayo y los servicios en forma de tira contra la medianera y un estar de 20
mt2 “pasante” que conecta el interior del terreno con el frente.


Este
espacio estar cuenta con un muro “caliente” macizo que contiene la estufa al
interior y el parrillero al exterior y su techo vivo, esto es en respuesta a la
pérdida térmica que se genera a través de los ventanales en frente y fondo del
mismo, pero necesarios para lograr la conexión buscada.

El trabajo
fue un encargo de los dueños de casa Santiago y Victoria, quienes necesitaban
proteger su automóvil y al mismo tiempo no se bloqueara el paso de luz ni la
vista hacia el fondo del terreno.


El proyecto
parte de la base de salir de las cocheras laterales tradicionales de tronco
redondo y ser una estructura más liviana y con un contacto más dinámico con el
terreno.


Se parte de
la idea de hacer dos bases de hormigón para el amure de las platinas y los
pilares en forma de “V” que conectan con la estructura del techo que se
conforma de dos tramos. Se realizó la canalización de agua de lluvia en canalón
de media caña en chapa y bajada por cadena hasta pileta de patio que recibe
agua del fondo del terreno.

Se utilizó
madera eucaliptus clear de Malejo maderas y policarbonato sinusoidal con
tratamiento UV suministrado por batiston policarbonatos, como terminación a la
estructura de madera se le aplicaron dos manos de protector barniz al agua
Sayer Lack color caoba para igualar el tono de los postigos del frente de la
vivienda.

realizados junto al Arq. Álvaro Rodriguez a pedido por la familia Puonzo, el
cual tenía que dar lugar al crecimiento de la vivienda en planta alta para 2
dormitorios, 1 baño, terraza y una reformulación de la planta baja.


Se planteó una rotación de los espacios en planta baja para
encontrar la mejor ubicación de la circulación vertical que era la parte
fundamental del proyecto. Ante esto se realizó una nueva cocina totalmente
equipada por Carpintería Ibirai, quienes acompañaron en el diseño de la misma.

Se agregó un vano en planta baja comunicando el nuevo y
amplio living equipado con estufa de alto rendimiento.


En planta alta se realizó obra seca en steel framing para
dar lugar a dos dormitorios, un baño extra y distribuidor con salida a azotea
para espacio parrillero.

La Sala de música y baile se constituye desde el Proyecto, como parte de una serie de obras de mejora de la azotea de un apartamento de casi 60 m2.
Tiene como condicionante, la necesidad de generar un ambiente casi hermético, para evitar el pasaje de ruido hacia el exterior de la misma.&#38;nbsp;

Si bien se utilizó un sistema liviano de construcción, se buscó darle más masa a los cerramientos con las placas de yeso, fenólico y fibrocemento ocupando un espesor neto de 2 pulgadas.

Por otro lado, la necesidad de recurrir a aberturas de calidad, que contribuyan en este hermetismo sonoro. Para ello se mandaron hacer aberturas en la modulación propuesta para el diseño exterior de 1.20 de ancho en serie Gala de Aluminio que cuenta con doble tope hermético con burlete de goma y DVH. En la puerta se le suma un vidrio con lamina de seguridad que aumenta en masa la capacidad de aislación acústica.
 

En obras de tan corto plazo, existen pequeñas gestiones que condicionan muchos factores de la propia ejecución, en este sentido fue muy importante la colaboración de vecinos en la movilidad e izaje de materiales.

PérgolaMarco Bruto

El trabajo
fue un encargo del Arquitecto Rodrigo Muñoz, el cual consistía en el armado de
pérgola en madera y policarbonato en azotea de edificio en pocitos.


El desafío
se presentó en la subida del material hasta la azotea pero se resolvió con el
montaje de guinche con trípode y mucha paciencia.

La madera
utilizada fue eucalipto grandis cepillado de barraca de madera Malejo, de la
ciudad de las piedras y el policarbonato acanalado provisto por Batiston
Policarbonatos.


El
tratamiento final a la madera fue con protector al agua mate Sayerlack color
imbuía.
